A Brief Overview
The Boston College Unit was established in 1979 to focus on the changes needed in the Boston College Community and Greater Boston Community. During the years, the Unit hosted many events including The Anti-Slavery Group and Def Poetry Jam. Our annual goals are to increase awareness of the political process, increase the number of registered voters at Boston College and work towards developing a Black Studies Department on our campus.

This year the Boston College Unit has taken on the motto of: NAACP 2002: We Hold the Key. Our motto signifies the necessity of unity to create positve change in our society. We sincerely hope that you will not talk about it, but be about it and join the NAACP.
Congratulations
